Refund policy

Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, surfboards, boogie boards, paddle boards, wetsuits, wetsuit boots, wetsuit gloves and custom or personalized items.

Refunds

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. No refunds after 7 days of the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.
